Some staff members didn't seem awake or helpful at check-in!!! It was frustrating to find no towel hooks available in the bathroom!!! The location feels far after a long day of exploring!!!

i barely had room to open my luggage, and the dust in the storage area was absolutely disgusting. despitely, there wasn't a comfy pillow available, which woudl ve been a nice touch. i almost considered leaving a good review, but a complimentary upgrade would’ve made everything just right. such a shame, really.

The hotel is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood.
I was extremely frustrated with how cramped the standard double room was. As a solo traveler, I struggled to find space to open my suitcase without blocking the door or sitting on the bed. To make matters worse, the heater blasted directly on the bed, causing my eyes to dry out, and I found it impossible to turn off the bathroom light without cutting all power, which meant dealing with an irritating nightlight situation. Overall, my experience was not comfortable at all.

I enjoyed the access to all the different metro lines, and the staff were super helpful with anything I needed. Having a balcony was great for fresh air, and the coffee provided was delicious! It was nice to unwind in a clean and comfortable space after a day of exploring.

I had a pleasant stay at R Hotel Namba. The staff were incredibly warm and accommodating, ensuring an early check-in and even providing an upgrade. The hotel's shared kitchen and laundry facilities were handy after a long day of exploring, adding a homely touch to the experience.
While the room was comfortable, it was quite compact, which made moving around a challenge, especially with luggage. Additionally, the location was a bit of a trek from the nearest station, which could be tiring after a full day of sightseeing.

Perfect spot for solo travelers!
Really enjoyed my stay here. The location is super chill, perfect for winding down after a day of exploring Osaka. It's also just a short walk to the train, so getting around is a breeze. The kitchenette made it easy for late-night snacks, but the WiFi was kinda spotty sometimes.
